They’re probably driving slower than walking. This is a poor person driving. I don’t see the big deal. I see worse luxury car drivers every day.

(Also this photo was taken in India. That woman is richer than 80% of the population based solely on the fact that she owns a car)

The folded mirrors is probably to avoid clipping stuff in tight city streets. They’re probably driving slower than walking.
