Really if Disney ever has to make cuts, they are doing something horribly wrong. They are one of the few companies that has a functionally infinite money printer.

They could afford to keep paying them anyway, company has a ton of money but large companies unfortunately tend to hire more people than they actually need when times are good and if they can’t find a good use for those people, it makes no sense to keep them. Basic mismanagement
