Hi all,
We’re looking to get off Rackspace’s email as the Spam filtering is pure garbage. We’re going to avoid the Googles and MS’s of the world, and I’m wondering if this community has suggestions for mail providers that run FOSS services (and are public about that via support), and/or are privacy focused. Note: Proton is a no-go due to having to run an IMAP middle-man service.

Not sure how much of their stack is open source but they work with providers who also specialise in open source (see ‘Partners’):
