

Yes, this is already happening since 2022, and that’s why specifically Poland and Romania want to reduce grain import from Ukraine, while Ukraine seeks to increase the grain export to EU since the Black Sea route is unstable. Second problem is that the import from Ukraine seems to use loopholes due to special status of Ukraine and not insignificant amount of this grain was imported as edible one while it was “technical grain”, unsuitable for human and animal consumption.
