There sure are a lot of people in this thread willing to defend driving distracted for a fuckcars thread. I honestly can’t describe how fucking sick I am of “it’s okay when I do it” entitlement and I had hoped that the people here were above that.
The picture literally says that you can still be fined for distracted driving…
Also, “it doesn’t explicitly say I can’t so it must be legal” is the Donald Trump defense.
If you were close enough to a car on a motorcycle that they had to fold their mirror in then you were too close and there was no room.
Aside from like an F1 race, I don’t know of a single place where it’s legal to wear headphones while operating a motor vehicle.
This would probably be a lot more interesting if you gave some background information, or even at least mentioned phreaking.

This is typical of this user and a few others like sanitation who have become notorious for using Reddit repost bots many times with errors in the repost like not having all of the image or not having any of the post body.
