Sure, I could block this specific bot account, but they’ve got multiple and do the same shit in other comms and I am a bit tired of playing whack-a-mole.

The arduous task of clicking the user, clicking the block button. Even if there were a dozen accounts, you could do it in less than two minutes and be done with it.

I’m pretty sure it took you longer to type your ranting about it than it would have taken you to block every account that seems to bother you.

This is kinda like the anecdote about the family that gets a new kitten every time a coyote eats one - at some point, you’re feeding the coyotes.
