China (and Russia too) keeps working with the global south, enabling them to use their own material recourses to kick out the western neocolonial powers and gain some actual independence, for the first time in a looooong while.

This isn’t remotely true. China is the biggest trade partner of most countries in Latin America and this is only going to grow regardless which government is in charge. You can’t “push out” China when China is irreplaceable. The US is fighting a war they have already lost.
