Spell it out for me, brainiac.
It’s the responsibility of everyone in a democracy to participate so that parties are more representative of their constituents. Only a tiny piece of that participation involves voting.
Maybe you need your hand held so I’ll explain this to you: We have to work constantly to make the party conform to its constituents. This implies that voting one day every couple of years won’t cut it. Constant pressure. Participation. No whining allowed.
